Michele Lee, Lucy Koh, Albright and Moss? A little history lesson for those here less than ten years. Michele Lee was a supervisor at the PTAB/Patent Office back when we were trying to get our patents approved and survive all the IPR challenges. She made it her goal to make Voip-pals efforts as difficult as possible. It was not until Sawyer, our CEO at the time, used his political contacts in an attempt to level the playing field. Through his efforts Ms. Lee was questioned under oath and admitted she had instructed subordinates to disapprove Voip-Pal filings. She subsequently resigned, without being prosecuted for this malicious behavior but this was just the beginning. Along comes Northern California District Judge Lucy Koh. Despite Hudnells best efforts Lucy Koh continued the favoritism for Big Business. She ruled Alice against our patents in favor of defendants and once made the statement in open court, " I hate patent companies". With a statement like that we were never going to get fair treatment in her Court. She was subsequently promoted to another Judgeship after we left for Waco. After wasting so much time in California, we finally caught a break, or at least we thought we had at the time. Waco, where Judge Albright, a patent friendly Judge would now be handling our patent cases. But after wasting over two years there and a week before trial, he ruled noninfringement. Did Hudnell do a poor job or did someone from Big tech get to him. Alas, after this Waco heart break, we were floating dead in the water....after working 20 years getting our patents approved and trying to monetize them in the corrupt legal system our chances of success in monetizing them seemed bleak. Then Emil and team came up with a brilliant move filing Class Action and Rico charges against the major telecoms and device manufacturers. Our cases seem solid but how will Moss rule. Will he be fair and just or will he be like the other Judges who have been screwing Voip- Pal for decades. Now in Moss' court we are waiting on the single most important decision in Voip-pal history...will he deny defendants motion for dismissal or not. Where it seems common for Federal Judges to take several months to make this decision I believe in this instance it is unwarranted. The crimes of these defendants are so egregious that this decision on dismissal should be expedited and not sat on for months. We have well documented the numerous and egregious violations of defendants that have effected 397 million cell phone users and the profits of this illegal marketing and monopoly are huge, in the multibillions over many years. This case screams for a resolution as quickly as possible so that consumers can stop being screwed and can be made whole. In fact, I believe an Injunction should be considered. Justice delayed is Justice denied. So what kind of Judge will Moss turn out to be? Will he be like Luck Koh or Michelle Lee or will he be a fair honest Judge who recognizes defendants crimes and is willing to do something about. the Prophet
