I disagree with your analysis. As with all companies there are things that could have been done better, most of which are known only in hindsight.

Personally I am concerned with the outcome more than how we got here.

If the reexam does not achieve approval my opinion of Missling's stewardship is subject to change. Till then, I'll relax and see how things turn out.
