It's just bad management -- the slowest trial in history -- over 12 years to complete a 5 year duration trial. Took two years to release top line data, then another couple of years to file a regulatory application. All the while burning shareholder cash and diluting shareholders with vulture fund financing. A miserable Zombie biotech management team. And their all making nice coin without much to do. Most biotechs that have filed would show some effort to set up a commercial structure to support a launch. Not NWBO.
