Agree with you if Coretec owned those shares, but on May 16, 2025, they officially exchanged those shares for preferred D shares owned by Quantum Wealth Management LLC.
That does not mean they will not acquire a majority stake in DKME Co., Ltd., by acquiring DKME Inc.
That means, to me, they need to be current with the SEC before, otherwise they look like what they call a “paper company” over there.
A few days before this happened, Coretec held a meeting; it would have been nice to be a fly on the wall then.
