First of all Jared spent the money for the PhD Metallurgist, fire assayer and mill man on crack and his retarded bowl and table bullshit that has lead to him spiking the last ten ore bags with gold-chloride. As a result, none of the people who can produce gold at a profit will work for Jared - Jareds crack habit is preventing him from paying the workers or even 45 dollar parts or 50 dollar tools - a crackhead spends his last dime on crack - so if it quacks like a duck and waddles like a duck plus I have word that Jared was a crackhead in Los Angeles from a friend who wishes to remain anonymous.

The answer is to push out the crackhead and bring in a PhD metallurgist to run the mill at a profit, protect the shareholders and the other qualified workers - jared never had a waste management program much less a fire assay program and you have to have a HEAD, TAIL and CON assay every couple of hours to even know what the unqualified guy in the mill was doing wrong other than breaking the mill machines Joe only pulled crap cons at a HUGE loss to everyone - my first assay job without Paul Skinner to referee was for a crackhead and it's caused me more harm for future job prospects than its caused most of the shareholders depending on how you think about it.

The other option is to ask Tangiers to foreclose the debt note on Jared so the shareholders can ask to replace Jared with someone like Jeff Woods whos PhD Metallurgy report was counterfeited by Jared leading to Jared spiking these last ten ore bags with gold-chloride out of desperation to buy more crack because he damn sure isn't paying for 50 dollar parts or tools much less paying Jeff Woods and I to produce any product at a profit.
