Jared was most likely spending the workers pay on crack given his history of cocaine abuse in Los Angeles. So, I DID MY JOB about the electric consumption but since Jared never sent me the 45usd for the pressure switch to the well pump I kept it new in the box awaiting reiumbursement for a month before returning it to Browns Supply for my money back - he paid about 2500 on electric bill that month over a 45 dollar part I was ready to swap out with the new one IF he wasn't using his last dime on crack as I began to suspect after a few phone calls with Jared sounding like a no shoe strings crack head on the phone with Will Willis and I over the 900 of shareholders money he paid Will to tell him the exact same thing I told him, buy a new forklift, as a night watchman who doesn't know anything since Jared doesn't listen I couldn't accept the pay raise to 3000/mo with promotion to site manager mainly because he couldn't even afford to pay for a 45 dollar part for the well costing you shareholders 2500 electric that month because he sounds like he is back on crack, I was a roofer guy for 25 years and I've worked with good men who handled their crack but Jared can't handle it when he can't afford 45 and 50 dollar parts I called for... Same with the 50-dollar tool for securing the fence by the gate leading to someone Jared probably knows going in and stealing another mans VFD from the mill while I was out of town dentist emergency only Jared and Jeff knew about and I trust Jeff Woods but I don't trust people who sound and act like crack heads asking me to send him money for the electric bill he caused the harm because he doesn't listen - I guess liberal arts degrees are for retards like Jared or he'd not have blown shareholder money on his retarded bowl and table idea (spinner/shaker) instead of paying Jeff Woods and I to do the work that he cannot do much less afford to pay me 3000/mo as site manager and couldn't even hire an electrician to come in and fix the exposed high voltage wires Jared kept demanding I work around in the emails below:

Also, You said I am site manager and I am not your site manager. I told you I was staying with the night watch and maintenance I did for you and Kevin both and now you are saying you want to promote me to site manager for 3000 a month. Why?

If I call for a journeyman plumber you won't pay him like last time.

If I tell you we need a better forklift you have to hire a guy for 900 to tell you the exact same thing.

If I tell you the deister need a new deck you pay a guy to call me a liar.

You're just full of it. I'm still night watch and low level maintenance man here and that's it. I'll confirm with Sovano that I'm ready to send the table tomorrow and you need to hire specialists when I call for them if you're going to promote me to site manager with pay increase but I have to agree to assume those duties first because the 3 examples I gave above.

And yes, he sold the shaker table for only 5000usd to Savona. How much did Jared tell the shareholders he paid for it I've always wondered... ? Jared should be replaced with a qualified Metallurgist with PhD not a liberal arts degree. Ask Jeff Woods if he'd come back after Jared is kicked to the curb without pay like Jared did to Jeff while plagiarizing Jeffs profitability report as his own. Besides, I know how crackheads act and how they sound and Jared is most likely piddling workers pay and money for used retarded bowl and table for crack.
