There weren't any options locked up by the class action, they were the subject of the class action. The voluntary blocker agreement was put in place prior to the lawsuit. The agreement in was in 2021 and lawsuit in 2022. I'm not sure if you're talking about another blocking agreement that I'm not aware of but I don't see any relation.
