I think it is a moving target for most . If there is a steep move for a week or two , greed will kick in and stop losses or whatever target price folks had in mind to get out and not look back will go out of the window . However if it is muted response and few cents of gain a week, for 2-3 weeks , then there will be more capitulation in my opinion .
