Heads or tails?

Do you think Mr Sufan will be good for BKTH, I am sure there are big things to happen with BKTH.

It's difficult to judge. George has put effort into organizing the books and finances, but we haven't had revenue proof in three years. That's not impressive.

Shareholders need to remember that he has put a lot of time and energy into the company with no real compensation. Does it surprise me that he is passing on the CEO position....NO!

Any effective CEO recognizes their own strengths and limitations. I believe George knows this and has brought in Sufan to take over.

I'm interested in Mr. Sufan's background, as I don't see a clear link to the BK business model. This raises questions about George assigning him the task—it seems he may have been chosen simply because he was a director and few others were interested.

One possible reason for Mr. Sufan's presence at the table is that BK may be collaborating with an alternative supply chain to develop its products. For instance, given current challenges within China’s, the company may seek other options to avoid overreliance on that market. With Mr. Sufan’s connections, new opportunities may arise that were previously unavailable to George.

Bottom line, the jury is still out.
