I talked to a gentleman by the name of Bill from tight hole security Electronic Countermeasures Inc.
He stated to me that the time frame for tight hole status is exactly one year by Alberta law.

Bill also stated that applications for extensions for tight hole status are EXTREMELY RARE...AND NOT LIKELY !!!
