Thanks Lykiri, this response does confirm the following:

(1) A CHM letter (28-day latter) is only issued when the CHM has major issues or concerns.

(2) Now, NWBio is only waiting for the Grant Letter (Approval Letter), which according to my research should arrive (on average) within 4 to 8 weeks after the second CHM meeting date of November 28th. That means the Grant Letter should be received by NWBio any day between today and January 23, 2026.

Where the provisional opinion is positive, this outcome will be communicated directly by the Licensing Authority, and a CHM letter will not be issued.
