I was a VP in a small electronics company and know full well there are unexpected problems that creep up. This situation is far, far more complicated. There are reports or information requested that have to be reviewed and signed off by other entities that we have no control over. Sometimes they are reluctant and refuse to sign off on them. Then more delays are a result as another tract must be started to present the true picture that is acceptable to the auditors. It also must meet the requirements as set forth by the SEC as that is where we want approval. SharonB
