No it isnt, my next door neighbor, the CPA, was quite clear on that time frame when I asked him, he also pointed out that if in fact the company has already attempted prior compliance audits, as Peter clearly has stated on many occasions in the past, that all of the disclosures should already be right at hand so this current audit should take even less than time than that.
