David, I don't believe you'd want to say not if it's to be applied forever. Not is concrete. If you said something will not happen this decade, while I may not agree, you're entitled to your opinion. To say not period is to say that nothing the company's doing will never go beyond DCVax-L in the UK.
If DCVax-L is approved in the US, Europe, Canada, Australia, etc. do you still stand on your NO. How about if DCVax-Direct follows it in being approved. Then what if both gain label modifications that cover most solid cancers, still NO. If so, it's only saying you're being a fool.
No doubt, many of us believed it wouldn't take as long as it has, but we still believe it will happen.
Dilution certainly does make a difference, but in spite of the dilution in the years I've owned NWBO, I believe the growth in the potential of the company has far exceeded the growth in the share count.
