At this point, even if the UK approval comes, it will come with certain conditions. It wont be clean given the amount of time it has taken. LP knows it. Thats why she hasn’t even submitted NICE evidence 5+ years since data lock. Her financiers are going to have an extended party! And shorts will likely pounce on it again.

Just think about it - if the data was good and compelling, why would a regulatory agency hold it for 2+ years? It’s highly abnormal, particularly in a disease with such an unmet need.
