Even if GVSI gets a new CEO the same unresolvable regulatory problems (FINRA Notice of Deficiency and the SEC restriction on corporate actions) will be there since Sharp was never able to fixed them after being incontrol for four years. The same unresolved regulatory problems don't go away simply because there is a change of control. That was a very expensive lesson for Sharp and nobody would be dumb enough to repeat it.

That's why nobody will ever attempt to take over this problem-plagued disaster again. It's a very expensive lesson for Sharp and nobody else would take over this dumpster fire after reading the financial reports and regulatory restrictions applied to GVSI by FINRA and the SEC.

Things you are very well aware of but pump your "new CEO" crap hoping some new uninformed sucker buys your now worthless shares.

It's all about desperation, deception, manipulation and lies.

Here you are at EVLI where George Sharp was very briefly a custodian but lost the custodainship because he couldn't control himself in court. You libeled the company with malice as you manipulated and lied to that board for a whole year just to get $100 worth of cheap shares. Now a a similar type of manipulation and is being attempted here on this board by you so you can try to get some more bagholders to buy your worthless stock (and it isn't working).

GVSI is in default and Sharp has said he is not spending any more money on that regulatory nightmare of a atock. Sharp also abandoned filing financial statements (or anything else) for that delinquent disaster.

Not quite. I'm up huge with the millions and millions of shares I bought two years ago (the ones you ridiculed). My account has gone up exponentially (all long-term capital gains as opposed to you). It was well worth the wait and this is only the beginning for this stock.
