If you don't care which way it goes then why is there pain?

That sounds like indifference to me.

After so many years of being dragged out it is more important for this to end soon (in real world not NWBO terms) than anything else.

You get numb and you have heard all the Big Talk deflate like an old balloon over and over.

While I’d prefer a positive outcome, since I would recoup some losses, I’d rather a negative outcome tomorrow than for this to keep getting stretched out ‘a couple more weeks or months’ over and over again to merely preserve the hope of a positive one ‘someday’.

To be clear I am reasonable, and if ‘only a few (2-3) months’ really meant 2-3 more months and that’s it, I would have signed that deal 5-7 years ago. The problem is, that we’re all bargaining with ourselves when we say that (a stage of grieving incidentally). So when the 2-3 months passes we reload and reset the clock.

Enough is enough.
