Kelly just said this on FB:

we are not going to have another Synergy PR disaster.- where they signed and they didn't issue a PO or send any deposit funds. We will wait until the PR is appropriate.

Oh. My. God.

For anyone not familiar with the Synergy Deal Disaster:

1. Kelly never release a PR for Synergy. When she says "another Synergy PR disaster" she is full of shit. The DISASTER was the way she never released a PR, and she's repeating that disaster. When you sign a deal, release a PR, Whelan, and let it trade. If it fails, oh well, that's business. Good Grief.

2. Kelly "announced" the Synergy Deal in a FB Zoom in August 2022. Nine months later (June 2023), the company secretly admitted to themselves that Synergy was a fraud, and they terminated the deal without telling shareholders. For the next 16 months, whenever Kelly was asked to comment on the Synergy Deal, she said "we'll release a PR when it's appropriate." Finally, in October 2024, Rick admitted that the deal was terminated back in June 2023 in this update:

3. When Kelly says "We will wait until the PR is appropriate," that ain't good. She's said that often, and a PR never comes. The ol' "We'll tell you when it's appropriate" excuse is the Kelly Kiss o' Death.

WHY did you do that, Kelly? You could have just shut up. We already knew the update wasn't going to mention Electrome by name, but now it's going to be difficult for your Pump Posse to spin the update as if you WERE talking about Electrome. Oh, they will try, but you're asking a lot of the Posse.

The Kelly Kiss o' Death. It's like casting a spell in a RPG. There is no counter and no antidote.
