I already intend on taking Sintx to court for breach of contract something it did to Medtech in 2014/2015. If need be i'll include fiduciary duty issues as well. According to Medtech's lawsuit from 2016, Sintx has a bad habit of good faith with its shareholders as shown in the PR from February 2025. Funny enough, that PR or really misdirection with reference to wrong patent, seemed to benefit Medtech and others shareholders from that private placement.

Could it be that there is a strategy to distract people away from looking at basic data?
Is it an exercise to create forum verbiage to drown out any serious discussion of evidence?
