Bashing is a good thing. It helps keep a balance to the pumpers.

IM not saying you...but some posters on here bash this stock to hell! I got some good research from you and others and think this is going to go up!

Given my background, this is where Mr. T falls short—he doesn’t seem to grasp how sponsored real estate works or the value the platform adds to the industry. He’s missing the bigger picture of how this model benefits investors and what’s happening in real time. While he focuses on the history, or as he calls it, the lack of fees generated for GRLT, he’s overlooking how the platform is changing the way investors can participate in commercial projects. Tokenized real estate has its pros and cons, but the tokenized commercial properties being developed here offer opportunities that current LLC membership or TIC ownership structures simply can’t match.

While the $1.9M investor funds raised over the last two weeks is a strong support of what the company is building, it shows investors a positive outcome to offset the claims that Johnney doesn't know what he is doing.

One of the biggest advantages that many people don’t realize is the ability to invest in these projects, unlike traditional ones where you might be tied up for five to ten or more years with no real way to cash out without taking a loss.

As for the "basher", it's what I call noise by those seeking attention with a lack of knowledge as to how commercial real estate works.
