No wonder they went to the UK first.....wanted to can kick the sht as long as they could. The FDA might have rejected them from day 1. Shitco at its absolute finest and led by the shitco queen herself LP . Shouldn't have ignored the enron red flags with her. Absolutely relevant......why did anyone believe that they could take a failed trial through regulatory approval is beyond me. Trial gymnastics doesn't work.....you learn from it and design a proper one. 2 plus years in the UK approval process tells the story unless you have drunk the Kool aid or are a paid apologist.
