They're very straight forward but the most hospitable people you'd ever want to meet.

Customer service is awesome not like in NC where you get some snotty nosed bratty kid who can't even say, "thank you or have a nice day!"

I think the rudeness is a misconception because we're not use to their vocabulary lol
