She had the ASM because it was already 18 months since the last one and need to add 900 million shares, and lock in salaries and bonuses before the CHM lowered the boom . She's likely gonna appeal and she won't tell you jack squat until the final rejection is announced. Could take another 6 months for the appeal process.
