Are you kidding me? When did Dr. Liau say DCVax-L isn't effective enough?
Do you know how hard it is to get massive number of t-cells infiltrate into immune-privileged brain? What's the occurrence rate of pseudo-progression, a clear indication of massive t-cell infiltration, in the p3 trial? It's over 30%!

Do you understand the following figure from the Nature paper? Can you see that DCVax-L alone can trigger multiplication of CD14 monocytes? CD14 monocytes once infiltrating into tumor tissue will differentiate into tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) that suppress t-cells. Get it?



That's why in animal model without PD inhibitor even the combination of DCVax-L with CSF1R inhibitor that can deplete TAMs can significantly extend the OS. That's why TAMS should be one of the major obstacles in the p3 trial for better efficacy improvement of DCVax-L.



It must take stupidity to bet against the biggest breakthrough in medicine ever.

Without doubt, 2026 will and should be a fantastic year for the longs.
