My claim is that since 2015 the only thing stopping NWBO and DCVax-L has been getting the green light from regulators on manufacturing ramp plans, something they tried to get started with in 2014, regulatory changes needed for implementation and expansion and long term data to help with reimbursement rate for an initially expensive treatment with modest gains in QLYs based only on the Phase 3 trial as a single agent treatment. By 2015 my claim is that the regulators, investigators and NWBO in general knew L worked!; ). Best wishes.
