It would be idiotic to put out a positive PR right after you did a terrible PP price wise . LWLG has whiffed constantly over the years on raising funds at higher prices. Marcelli and LPC had an arrangement that bordered on God knows what, Lebby and the idiot had a long window to raise funding when the stock exploded and did nothing. Frenchie did a low ball raise soon after their splash news on a Tier 1. It is just reality folks. They stink at raising funds.
