test reply to this/my post once again.......I went directly to my Ihub mailbox but it's not showing, but it does show up in my comcast email but it should not since I have all the emial settings turned off, so why am I not seeing it in my Ihub mailbox, and why is it showing in my Comcast email when I have all email disabled in the settings as shown below here?
Also, on the settings page there are 3 catagories, onsite, mobile app, and email.... and you're saying the onsite is only for the bell notifications? I am so frustrated!
