Talk to Jerry. His math was wrong and he still thought they only had 42 million allowable authorized left in October (he thought they had 1.8 billion authorized but it is 1.7). Talk to yourself. They have to reserve shares. Jerry thinks as many as 142 million.

And, they didn’t authorize an increase in authorized shares recently, they are waiting to do that on 900 million shares Monday. You are confused about what the 250 million shares were for, that did not raise the authorized share count.
