Amarin would only accept a settlement from Hikma that was enormous and clearly signaled guilt

The normal handshake settlement (e.g. for $100 million) with no admission of guilt, overt or implied, would never be accepted

It would have to shout "Yes, we're guilty, and we want to survive"

It would be nice if you would acknowledge that $500 million to $1bn in cash matters, you know
