No, you have not. You have seen NWBO late in scheduling the ASM. And you have seen some here blame that on the status of news. Which is clearly BS.

The ASM is all about calling a vote. That is a legal requirement and the only business that need be conducted. That NWBO has been late many times is inexcusably poor governance is all.

There have been no "quiet periods" around here. And in all cases a company can freely disclose any information as long as they do so in a proper channel. Neither SEC nor MHRA rules preclude proper disclosure by NWBO. LP can say whatever she wants to (though if material must be PR'd / 8K'd in advance or concurrent to the ASM).
