Not difficult. They wait for morning uptick, then dilute. You can usually see the dramatic cliff drop around 10:30 am. Then market spends the rest of the day absorbing those shares. rinse and repeat. I'm afraid what happens after approval. There will be immediate upswing. Will mngmt take advantange and dilute, or help push the SP higher with mult positive PRs? For those wanting a short squeeze, I think mngmt would kill it by diluting massively with a portion of the 900 million new shares. They have bills to pay, combinations to test so they will need the money until revenue kicks in. Of course there could be a merger or partnership and then it’s a whole new ball game. One day at a time.
