"As of late December 2025, a specific number for all companies involved in the new Medicare pilot program for CBD products has not been publicly released. However, two companies have publicly announced their participation:

Charlotte's Web Holdings, Inc. is participating as a premier CBD provider supporting the treatment of senior oncology patients. They plan to offer products through a secure online healthcare portal starting in early 2026.

CV Sciences, Inc. has stated it is positioned to participate in the program.

Other companies, such as High Tide Inc. (through its brands NuLeaf Naturals and FAB CBD) and Artelo Biosciences, Inc., are evaluating the potential for their products to be included in Medicare-aligned categories as a result of the new executive order that created the pilot program.
The pilot program was recently announced as part of a Presidential executive order in December 2025, and details regarding its full scope and participants are still emerging."
