If there are unresolved SEC issues then how can they be OTC~ID? One would think the SEC would have halted their daily trading by now.

Ongoing unresolved litigation, Unresolved SEC issues, Unpaid judgments, Unfiled disclosures, Suspicious trading patterns, Promotional activity

I understand that filing even wrong info in the Q's K's and alternate filing forms can keep them afloat for a while, but you would think that ongoing defiance one would think that the SEC would have halted trading and shut them down until cleared up. Do you understand that this is where you're argument hits a brick wall? Not trying to diss you I just want to know all the information I can get.
