Johnney merged into GRLT. He has everything to do with it now. FINRA and the SEC look at the past, they don't look into the future. They can't, it hasn't happened yet. A fraud-tainted shells are radioactive. History matters.

FINRA looks for:

Ongoing unresolved litigation

Unresolved SEC issues

Unpaid judgments

Unfiled disclosures

Suspicious trading patterns

Promotional activity

Social media hype

If the fraud appears ongoing or unresolved, FINRA will not process the merger-related corporate actions.
