Continued - To be clear, NWBO is the corporate entity, which entered into an agreement to acquire Revimmune for $1.00, which was under LP's control, before and afterwards. I wanted to make this distinction, just in case there's an erroneous understanding, that Revimmune was strictly connected to LP, and not NWBO. You never know with this message board.

NWBO has never owned Revimmune or any of the assets. Your assertions otherwise are a flat out lie as anybody can see by opening the SEC 10-K from early 2024 and see it has no mention of the assertion by you.

It was Cognate in 2013 that purchased the assets of Cytheris (the French company that developed CYT-107) out of BK. The subsequently spun it off as Revimmune Inc.

EDIT: BTW, the $1 was not for either Revimmune Inc or its assets. It is for Revimmune Limited that is just the UK paper subsidiary used to do business over there.
