1) 10 year data is not necessary. Survival curve at 8 or 9 year in itself is overkill and will not separate from 10 year. You extrapolate and thats what companies do and reimbursement agencies accept it!

2) You don’t delay reimbursement to wait for new QALY regulations to come into effect in spring 2026. You get approval now and then update your files again when better rates are available. Thats what most other successful companies do.

3) Northwest and Advent are already incorporated in the UK and the tax reduction has nothing to do with NICE. Does not justify delay.

4) US tariff has no connection to UK reimbursements. NHS/NICE pays for UK patients only. They don’t care about exports to US.
