I'm sure I'll receive all kinds of nasty replies about how stupid I am for investing so much money in this company or how I'm a fake bull for being frustrated and voting NO or how I asked the wrong questions, but I figured I'd share my recent emails with GZ as people like you might get something out of them:
Thanks George, I do appreciate your willingness to communicate with shareholders, it’s a breath of fresh air. I just wish the management could change their policies and culture, as shareholders have suffered enough and don’t deserve this.On Wed, Dec 17, 2025 at 10:32 AM George Zavoico unknown link wrote:
Hi 808right,Thanks for letting me know about your voting decision. I am not surprised since that was how you were leaning from the beginning.I certainly respect your decision and how strongly you feel. I’m sorry that the company has not been able to address the issues that you’ve raised to your satisfaction.I hope that some of your questions and concerns will be more adequately addressed at the ASM.Best wishes for a wonderful holiday season.Cheers,

Subject: Re: 11 Years of Supporting this CompanyI’m voting NO to all with my 3 million shares. This company has completely lost touch with reality and the shareholders that have made everything possible. All we ever receive in return is pain and silence. You can’t even hold a quarterly conference call or provide shareholders with an update on why the MAA has taken 2+ YEARS?But yet you have the nerve to ask for 900 MILLION SHARES under threat of reverse split and continue diluting hundreds of millions of shares at pennies on the dollar.Do you really think this is an acceptable way to treat shareholders? On Sat, Dec 13, 2025 at 9:44 AM 808right <808right> wrote:
Hi George,I have heard what you’ve said to other shareholders, which is encouraging, but not what I’m looking for.I don’t believe the company is justified in asking for 900 million shares BEFORE providing an update on the MAA decision, which is well over a year late.LP is truly out of touch if she believes shareholders who have suffered for over a decade of constant dilution and delays will vote yes to a 53% increase in authorized shares with no explanation/update.Again I will vote NO for my 3 million shares on 12/16/25 unless the company announces MAA approval or provides an update on when a MAA decision is expected and why they need so many shares.I believe shareholders deserve this at a bare minimum and can’t believe the company is proceeding without it. Also, I don’t understand why you would spend so much time calling individual shareholders instead of releasing one simple PR.Thanks,

Subject: Re: 11 Years of Supporting this CompanyHi George,I’m reaching out one final time before I cast my ASM votes. On 12/16/25 I will be voting NO TO ALL ASM MEASURES with my 3 MILLION shares and know many other large shareholders that will do the same unless the company updates us as to WHY:Again, the company threatening dedicated and long-suffering investors with a reverse split if we don’t approve a 53% increase in authorized shares with no explanation is NOT ACCEPTABLE. I am extremely concerned that the company could be so helpless and out of touch with its shareholders to think this is acceptable.Best,
