Reading through the messages here ... it seems a lot of people are confused about offerings and how that effects the sp. The PR said ~11.666 mil shares raising $35 million in cash. That's $3 a share. Also that's just under 10% in OS dilution which isn't too bad if LWLG is going to fly. They need the cash for ramping up manufacturing, hiring and a lot of wheeling and dealing getting into the pipelines (as we have have seen with the tier players and the announcements). . But there is no conspiracy. The company is selling the shares at around $3 a share to generate the $35 mil. They don't sell it higher as they need to get the cash. The fact that it stayed at 3 ish is a good sign and shows there is a market for the shares at this price. We saw some dip in the 2.90s -2.80s early in the day as some retail investors got spooked. . The offering is expected to be closed ~ Dec 17. Per the pr statement. So these are the 11.666 milly shares at $3. Good time to pick up as I assume a lot of private entities and big investors gobbled them up. IMO. Good luck all
