Well, the new formulation won't be approved by the FDA for at least a year (unless there is some other pathway for approval that I'm not familiar with), and the earliest possible resolution to the lawsuit is October/November after the lawsuit goes to trial (assuming there is no SC interference).

So unless they announce a partnership in the US in 2026, I think not much happens until 2027.
