Was wondering when Baker and his con crew would come out of hibernation. I see they just issued themselves some shares for back pay, working capital, payables, services done. They spend said much time moving other companies they OEM into the shellOnly to move them back out and then asy "the transaction tease never completed"
Happened more times time than I can remember, most recently with BGTV.  Almost expect them to put the RV Park in the company next, then pull it out in a couple of years.
I wouldn't believe a word coming out of their mouths.
