In very late Sept or very early October, Dr. Ashkan expected an maa decision in a couple months.
Besides, we could already have an maa decision, possibly recommended on Nov 20 (also started C suite construction), stamped recommended on Nov 28 (also proxy filed asking for 900 million authorized shares), initial Decision Dec 1 and unfortunately, there is process for cellular therapy to delay 28 days for paperwork, gee that leads us to the ASM on December 29.
Why do all you guys get excited about programs like the nice/MHRA joint pathway, that would only cause MAA announcement delay?
