I believe I with every fiber of my being that this technology saves lives and has incredible potential value.
But cheesus chist does nearly everything management does make it seem like shorts have been right all along.
I still can’t reconcile the a advent acquisition with the lack of approval or the request for 900 MILLION MORE SHARES. 
My guess is that, as usual, the bare minimum is accomplished (MAA approval) but it takes 10x longer than it should (Q1 2026) and they need the shares to get through the Flaskworks integration, approval, and commercialization process which takes us into 2027 with no massive spike and constant dilution.
