Is that your verbose way of saying, you were wrong and misled the shareholders all year?
You say, don't listen to "bashers" because they (I believe your term is) "always wrong", but once again, they predicted failure and now the company is admitting they had gone in the wrong direction.
It seems the "never rights" is you, and you aren't honorable enough to confess you are the leader of the misleaders. In fact, you should change your alias name to that.
Why should anyone listen to you when you assured ALL YEAR of a focused direction and the best year ever and great revenues?

How you can claim Management knows exactly what it is doing when they just said in their filing they've wasted the entire year.....unless of course that WAS their plan to dump more shares and string along the shareholders?
