I understand your perspective and your concern about voting ‘NO.’ There are 1.5 billion outstanding shares in the market, and even if our group holds 100 million shares and votes against it, the proposal will still pass and they’ll get what they want. We’re all assuming the delay is due to an RFI taking longer, but what guarantee do we actually have that this is the issue? None of us expected the MAA approval or rejection process to drag on for two years, yet here we are with no clear understanding of where things are stuck. If the delay were six months to a year, fine — they wouldn’t necessarily need to update us about RFIs or anything else. But now that it's has gone nearly two years, the silence is unacceptable, and that’s just my honest opinion.
