I am making a December prediction:

Frank and Dan will be dead silent until around the 15th-16th of December in which they will announce progress on permits as well as an announcement on the shipment of their reactors.

They will try to rally the stock as much as possible just before Xmas for dilution to set in around the 28th.

Permit application should finally be submitted and the 30 day commentary will probably begin and they'll rally behind that into January.

There'll be lots of fake hype to maintain rally for January but actual approval wont happen until February/March.

So looking at 4 more sets of dilution.
