Why would Darcy bother ? That is a lot of expense Klidge doesn’t need and probably cannot afford right now. He was smart taking this private, delisting public equity ownership forever, and ending his obligation to have to report to equity holders (sheep) and pay all of those fees and audits

I seriously cannot blame him at all. At his age I would not want to deal with shareholders looking over my shoulder. Delisting/revocation was actually quite a brilliant move and saves him tens of thousands $$$$$ each year in administrative costs

Yes, A reverse merger into a clean shell would let the private entity go public without ever having to revive SNDD itself. Existing SNDD holders could theoretically be rolled into the new shell through a share conversion, provided the structure allows it and they complete the required financials on the new entity—not on SNDD.
