Please know in advance of the market opening today that I have decided to not buy 10 million shares of PHIL today until
my sources confirm more positively that plans are underway to restructure the company in order to establish needed stability
and financing. I already own millions of shares. I don't make financial decisions on rumors and tweets. I am investing heavily
