It wasn't concealed. What are you talking about? The permit was sitting around with DOE during the Biden admin before the new design was updated in the app is all and approval happened in 7 weeks time after the election.
If you really think that one little line delayed this for months, then go ahead and think that. Makes no difference to me, but I'm just saying that seems highly illogical and presumptive, compared to the lawsuit or more due diligence on the design being needed, but no one knows I guess
