You have your opinion, I have mine. Not petty if I am part of DOE and MARAD part of DOT and while on the same team so to speak, they each have egos.
Delfin never should have concealed the information from DOE that was sitting around for a while as if everyone knew everything about all things. Of course they are looking for more info on the new design. No brainer and one that Delfin could have avoided by being more forthright in March.
