Folding Advent into NWBO is a desperate survival action. If DCVax-L doesn't get approval, at least the company can survive as a specialized contract manufacturer, otherwise NWBO goes under. LP basically just cashed out by selling her asset and she gets to pocket the cash. Her NWBO shares are pretty worthless. Nobody is going to do a deal with NWBO as personalized oncology treatments are not desirable -- anything selling for hundreds of thousands a treatment is not going to have any payers pay for it -- even if it get approval.
